Description

Decadent brownies infused with mint and studded with mint chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl, then stir in the sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually stir into the butter mixture.
  5. Fold in mint and regular chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

These brownies are excellent served warm with vanilla ice cream or chilled with whipped cream.
