- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or Easter-themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a mini muffin tin to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crusts, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles before serving.
