  • Crust:
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Topping:

  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
