Description
Mini Chicken Bacon Ranch Cups are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the flavors of chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing in a convenient cup form.

			- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
 - 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese.
 - Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
 - Fill each pastry cup with the chicken and bacon mixture.
 - Top each cup with the remaining cheese and chopped green onions.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to customize the recipe by adding your favorite vegetables.
 - These cups can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
 - For a spicier kick, add some jalapeños to the filling.
