Description
A refreshing Mediterranean Tzatziki Chicken Salad that combines tender chicken with a creamy tzatziki dressing, perfect for a light meal.

			- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
 - 1 cup cucumber, diced
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 cups mixed greens
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki dressing.
 - In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
 - Pour the tzatziki dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
 - Serve the chicken salad over a bed of mixed greens.
 - Garnish with additional dill if desired.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with chickpeas.
