- 1 package phyllo dough
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta, ricotta, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and place it on a baking sheet. Brush each layer with olive oil and stack about 5-6 sheets.
- Spoon the spinach and feta mixture onto the phyllo and fold the edges over to create a parcel.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm.
Notes
Phyllo dough can dry out quickly; keep unused sheets covered. You can prepare these crisps ahead of time and bake just before serving.
