Description

Delightful crispy squares filled with a creamy blend of spinach, feta, and ricotta; perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta, ricotta, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Unroll the phyllo dough and place it on a baking sheet. Brush each layer with olive oil and stack about 5-6 sheets.
  4. Spoon the spinach and feta mixture onto the phyllo and fold the edges over to create a parcel.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm.

Notes

Phyllo dough can dry out quickly; keep unused sheets covered. You can prepare these crisps ahead of time and bake just before serving.
