Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, chopped olives, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

- Feel free to add other Mediterranean ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes or spinach.
- For a vegan option, use vegan cheese and bread.
