- 200g Halloumi cheese
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices.
- Brush the halloumi slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the halloumi for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread hummus on each tortilla.
- Add the grilled halloumi, salad greens, tomato, cucumber, and red onion on top of the hummus.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or avocado.
- These wraps can be served warm or cold.
- For a spicier kick, add some chili flakes or hot sauce.
