 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
 - Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss to combine.
 - Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and crumbled feta cheese.
