Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in your sauté pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts down, stirring occasionally—about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, crumbled feta, and shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle in the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper, stirring until well incorporated.
- Fold in the sautéed spinach mixture, ensuring every bit of spinach is enveloped in that rich, creamy blend.
- Spoon the mixture onto plates as a warm side or enjoy it nestled in wraps or over toasted bread.
Notes
Prepare ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. Add sun-dried tomatoes or olives for a twist.
