Description

A creamy, flavorful dish featuring fresh spinach, ricotta, feta, and mozzarella, perfect as a side or light meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in your sauté pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts down, stirring occasionally—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, crumbled feta, and shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle in the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper, stirring until well incorporated.
  4. Fold in the sautéed spinach mixture, ensuring every bit of spinach is enveloped in that rich, creamy blend.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto plates as a warm side or enjoy it nestled in wraps or over toasted bread.

Notes

Prepare ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. Add sun-dried tomatoes or olives for a twist.
