- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic.
- Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the fresh spinach and stir until it wilts.
- Combine the ricotta, feta, mozzarella, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the cooked spinach until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
