Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic.
  3. Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Toss in the fresh spinach and stir until it wilts.
  5. Combine the ricotta, feta, mozzarella, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  6. Mix in the cooked spinach until well incorporated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
