 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon matcha powder
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
 - In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
 - In another bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
 - Fold in the white chocolate chips.
 - Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
 - Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
 - Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
