- 1 large egg

- 1/4 cup yuzu juice
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix yuzu juice and honey to create the drizzle.
- Serve pancakes warm, drizzled with yuzu honey.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a vegan option, substitute milk with plant-based milk and egg with a flax egg.
- Yuzu can be replaced with lemon juice if unavailable.
