Description

Maple Sriracha Crispy Wings are a delicious combination of sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for any gathering or game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove wings from marinade and let excess drip off.
  5. Fry wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with extra sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can double fry the wings.
  • Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
  • These wings can also be baked in the oven for a healthier option.
