Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the nuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the nuts are golden brown.
