Description
Deliciously sweet and sticky maple pecan cinnamon rolls, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

			- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 packet active dry yeast
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
 - In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
 - Add the yeast mixture, softened butter, and egg to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
 - Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter.
 - Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans over the butter.
 - Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
 - Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
 - Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
 - Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
 
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling.
 - These rolls can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
 - Serve warm for the best taste.
