 - 1 teaspoon thyme
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
 - In a separate bowl, mix the carrots with maple syrup, butter, and thyme.
 - Add the carrots to the baking sheet with the chicken and roast for an additional 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the carrots are tender.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
