Description

Delight your taste buds with these scrumptious sliders featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy Gouda, all enveloped in sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12 count) King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cooked chicken breast strips
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 4 to 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected.
  3. Spread the maple butter on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Layer the chicken strips evenly over the maple butter.
  5. Add the crispy bacon slices on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the Gouda slices over the bacon.
  7. Top with the connected top half of the rolls.
  8. Transfer the assembled sliders to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
  9. Brush the tops with additional maple butter before serving.
  10. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking. For a lighter option, replace Gouda with other melting cheeses or use turkey bacon.
