- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the Brussels sprouts and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Return the bacon to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
