- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- If using, fold in the shredded coconut and chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
