  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and a drizzle of dressing on each wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
