Description

A refreshing homemade Lemonade Sorbet perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the water and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar completely dissolves.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
  3. Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish, spreading it evenly, and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop the fully frozen sorbet into bowls and serve.
