 - 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
 - 4 large lettuce leaves
 - 1 cup shredded carrots
 - 1 cup sliced cucumbers
 - 1/2 cup sliced green onions
 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds
 - 4 whole wheat wraps
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Korean BBQ sauce until well coated.
 - Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
 - Place a portion of the BBQ chicken on each lettuce leaf.
 - Add shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and green onions on top of the chicken.
 - Sprinkle sesame seeds over the filling.
 - Wrap the lettuce around the filling tightly.
 - Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
