 - 4 large lettuce leaves

 - 1 cup sliced cucumbers
 - 1/2 cup sliced green onions
 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds
 - 4 whole wheat wraps
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Korean BBQ sauce until well coated.
 - Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.
 - Place a lettuce leaf on each wrap.
 - Add a portion of the BBQ chicken on top of the lettuce.
 - Top with shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and green onions.
 - Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
 - Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or radishes for extra crunch.
 - For a spicier kick, add some sliced jalapeños.
