- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Korean BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a flat surface.
- Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla.
- Add a portion of the BBQ chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Top with shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and chopped green onions.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
