Delicious Korean BBQ Beef Lettuce Wraps that are perfect for entertaining guests with their flavorful beef and fresh lettuce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef mixture, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- To serve, place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto a lettuce leaf.
- Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add gochujang (Korean chili paste) to the beef mixture.
- These wraps can be served with a side of rice or kimchi for a complete meal.
- Leftover beef can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
