 - 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
 - Add ground beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through.
 - Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
 - To serve, spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy!

- For a spicier kick, add some gochujang (Korean chili paste) to the marinade.
