- 1 lb Kielbasa sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 medium head of Cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the cabbage into manageable pieces.
- Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Divide the kielbasa and cabbage evenly among the foil sheets.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the foil packs tightly to seal them well.
- Cook on the grill or in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Carefully open the packs and serve hot.
