Description

Savory kielbasa sausage paired with sweet caramelized cabbage, all wrapped in foil for a flavorful and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Kielbasa sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium head of Cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice the cabbage into manageable pieces.
  4. Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil.
  5. Divide the kielbasa and cabbage evenly among the foil sheets.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Fold the foil packs tightly to seal them well.
  8. Cook on the grill or in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Carefully open the packs and serve hot.
