- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the beef mixture with the cream mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like pickles or tomatoes.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
