Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the beef mixture with the cream mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
