Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning

  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the jerk seasoning with olive oil and coat the chicken thighs.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. In another bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
