Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Place one slice of bread, cheese side up, in the skillet.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, cheese side down.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and add the remaining butter.
  7. Cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
