- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup small pasta (like acini di pepe)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the meatballs to the boiling broth and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use turkey instead of beef and pork.
