Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, espresso, coffee liqueur, and vanilla extract.
- Whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chocolate shavings to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the coffee liqueur.
