  • 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 block tofu, cubed
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the pork belly and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the onion, garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped kimchi and gochugaru, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in the water or broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Add the soy sauce and tofu, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes
