- 1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and all-purpose flour. Stir gently to combine.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips or mix-ins.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are set and centers are soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Dough can be prepared and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Customize with different mix-ins like peanut butter chips or toffee bits.
