- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 cup cooked brown rice

- Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the final minute of cooking, drizzle the hot honey over the chicken, allowing it to caramelize.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Start with a base of brown rice, followed by mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and crumbled feta.
- Arrange the sliced chicken on top and drizzle with more hot honey if desired. Serve warm.
