- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Whipped cream for topping
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine the rice flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture over it, allowing it to soak in.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon sticks before serving.
