Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Brush the peach halves with the honey mixture.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the peaches and brush with more honey mixture, grilling for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm, optionally with ice cream or yogurt.
