- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the amount of honey and soy sauce to taste.
