- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add diced bell peppers, green onions, and water chestnuts, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- To serve, spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish with chopped cilantro.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms for extra crunch.
