Instructions

  1. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes, flipping once, until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and let it bubble for 1-2 minutes.

Notes
