Ingredients

  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together salsa verde, cilantro, parsley, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the herb salsa verde mixture over them.
