- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together salsa verde, cilantro, parsley, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the herb salsa verde mixture over them.
- Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
