- 12 slider rolls, preferably Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound sliced ham
- 8 ounces Havarti cheese, sliced
- For the Butter Mixture:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds until well combined.
- Slice the entire pack of slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves connected.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the sliced ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, followed by the slices of Havarti cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush the butter mixture generously over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- These sliders can be assembled a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
