- 1 lb turkey breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced turkey breast in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated turkey for about 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
- Assemble the wraps by placing grilled turkey, lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
