- 1 pound Sirloin steak (Cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 pound Large shrimp (Peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil (For marinating)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (Melted)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (Chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- To taste Salt (For seasoning the sauce)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed sirloin steak with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Thread the marinated steak and shrimp onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and drizzle with garlic butter before serving.
Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate the night before. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
