A delicious and vibrant dish featuring grilled shrimp served on crispy tostadas, topped with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 tostada shells
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In another bowl, mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, salt, and pepper to make guacamole.
- In a separate bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make pico de gallo.
- Assemble the tostadas by spreading guacamole on each shell, topping with grilled shrimp, and finishing with pico de gallo.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Adjust the spiciness of the pico de gallo by adding more or less jalapeño.
- These tostadas can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
