- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the salad mixture in the center.
- Add grilled shrimp on top of the salad mixture.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
