  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.

  5. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the salad mixture in the center.
