- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring each shrimp is well-coated.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic; whisk until smooth.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds each.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then layer with grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, and shaved Parmesan.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
