  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring each shrimp is well-coated.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic; whisk until smooth.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds each.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then layer with grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, and shaved Parmesan.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes
