 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Balsamic glaze for drizzling
 
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
 - Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
 - Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
 - In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
 - Add the sliced chicken to the bowl and toss gently.
 - Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
