Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the green goddess dressing by blending the fresh herbs, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
