Description
A delicious and healthy Greek yogurt parfait layered with crunchy pistachios and drizzled with honey.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract until well combined.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the Greek yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
- Add a layer of chopped pistachios on top of the berries.
- Drizzle honey over the pistachios.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt and a sprinkle of pistachios and a drizzle of honey on top.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the mixed berries with your favorite fruits.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
